CELEBRATING CAJUN CUISINE
Rooted deep in the heart of Paincourtville, Louisiana, our journey starts with the legendary Paran Jesse Dugas, a proud sugarcane farmer with a soul as rich as the Cajun lands. Known for his generous heart, Paran Jesse poured his love into cooking Cajun delicacies, leading a band of spirited volunteers known as "The Cajun Chefs." Together, they cooked up storms of flavor for charity, becoming local legends. I, Harold Harris, was barely tall enough to stir a pot when I joined this merry crew, wielding a paddle alongside Paran Jesse. In time, he passed the torch to me, entrusting me with our sacred mission. In honor of our roots, we dubbed ourselves "The Cajun Chefs Too" (T-O-O), a nod to the past, with eyes on a wider horizon. Our company was born from this rich tradition, aiming to spread the warmth of Cajun hospitality and the zest of our cuisine through fundraising across the nation. It is a tribute to Paran Jesse’s vision: to nourish souls, unite communities, and celebrate our Cajun heritage with every bite. Join us in keeping the flame alive, one plate at a time.
